D&D Injury System. This system builds off a table i found from jamesintrocaso. You have suffered a brain injury.

If someone has time, a little feedback would be nice. The table is mainly homebrew with elements of different sources that i liked. The character will make a full recovery with rest and healing, but the character gains one point of exhaustion.

One of your lungs collapses. It is made to reduce the chance of being wounded mortally. Each time a character who has already been brought to zero hit points or less receives another hit.
You Break Your Left Leg.
